Campaign and Press Rooms

Campaign Rooms
Despite the heightened need for strategic communications to conduct effective campaigns, too many organizations are not able to put resources into expensive infrastructure and systems to compete in a world of rapid change in technology to reach the media and their broader audiences. Few nonprofits can afford the sophisticated communications tools that form the basis of modern communications and advocacy campaigns.

Our Campaign Rooms house all the tools you need to make your campaign a success:

  • Commercial media contact databases and customized press lists to target reporters and editors with press releases and to pitch story ideas (available only to progressive non-profit organizations working to advance womens’ rights in the US and abroad).
  • Rapid-response systems with e-mail and blast-fax capabilities to get information out fast and easily to the press
  • A photo library that includes over 200 domestic and global pictures, ranging from tsunami relief efforts in Sri Lanka to rural midwives in Mexico – all royalty-free; members may also upload their own images to expand the library. (available only to progressive non-profit organizations working to advance womens’ rights in the US and abroad).
  • Discussion forums that can either be open to all members or password protected for restricted participation
  • Web tools that allow members to build a password protected strategy rooms to conduct collaborative campaigns, and create their own campaign-specific websites with blog, events calendar, discussion boards, document exchange, and unique RSS feeds.
